Southern Grace Wedding: Rehearsal Dinner

When we last left each other, the girls had been brunching at Lilly Bridesmaids Luncheon and the guys had been soaking up the sun on a lunch time boat trip. Post luncheon, the girls and I headed to the hotel for a Spa afternoon (my other gift) and then met up with more friends (and some of the boys) by the pool to catch up and relax before the big rehearsal!




After the rehearsal, we headed over to the Sarasota Garden Club for the Rehearsal Dinner hosted by Mr. SG's parents, J and V. His mom, J, is super involved in Garden Club in not only their hometown chapter but the state of Florida as well. She made the centerpieces you see here out of woven palm fronds and anthuriums and sewed the fun table cloths herself. I love her DIY attitude.


Here again are the palm fronds, hung from the ceiling as chandeliers. So unique!

The had an awesome selection of Texas and Pennsylvania beer (where Mr. SG went to undergrad).

One of my favorite details of the night were our koozies that J had ordered for the event! We use ours all the time and smile with the memory of an awesome weekend. Another fun detail was her favor - she made Mango Chutney for everyone to take home! So fun and so Florida.
